No need to answer.. no drama.....just putting it out to the universe that my feelings are hurt...taking it in stride though and still on my path to my goal.... good luck to all One day at a time When life gets tough, just remember that pressure is what turns coals into diamonds.........just do it If you don't show up, people will make you up Personal Motivation / Goal: High weight - 199 Start weight on 03/08/09 - 194.5 Goal 1 - Get 2nd star w/ a loss 10% tw (169.5) ~ DONE 05/13/09 and 01/10/10 Goal 2 - Get out of the 160's by 3/01/10 (done 02/19/10) Goal 3 - 30 consecutive days of fitness (2/17 - 3/18) DONE Began transition in 3/2010 Goal 4 - Clean eating streak for at least 3 consecutive days for every week (still in progress) Goal 5 - Reach 145 within a month following The 4 day diet. |
