Re: Week 259 You always have such a positive attitude no matter what gets thrown your way!!! You should feel very good about yourself just for that simple thing (actually NOT a simple thing, I wish I had that outlook all of the time like you do!) You had a lot happen to you today that could have triggered negative thinking, which would have in the past turned into negative eating. You really are an inspiration in more ways than one!! | I really try to remain in the positive...I spent toooo many years dwelling...you are not the only person who has pointed that out to me, a few members of my diet group and our behaviorist has mentioned....how I quickly turn the negative around after I am down. When you say simple, it does not offend me, because I don't understand at times why people can't...it is most definitely something innate in me that is such a blessing...I think it really helps with teaching teens. If I could give it to people I would. The party has been a blast....thanks for the wishes.
